Fred was only 10 years old when he was spotted by Maurice Larcange who had him play on the biggest stages and national
television as a « Petit Prodige » of the accordion.
1993 marks the year of obtaining the Coupe de France of accordion as well as the Sacem First Prize. He is at only 16 years old the youngest accordionist to receive the World title at the 1994 Accordion World Championship.
